Who it's for
Server owners stocking a clothing store, crews who want their own colours, developers who sell packs, and players with one idea they want to wear.
Kanki3D turns a photo of a jacket, a mask, a vest or a pendant into a real FiveM item: modeled, textured, fitted to the ped, rigged and packed as a drop-in resource. No 3D skills needed.
We only email you about invites and launch news.
Custom clothes and jewelry are a big part of what makes a roleplay server feel like its own place. Right now each piece means paying a 3D artist and waiting days, so most servers end up with the same packs as everyone else. We're building Kanki3D so anyone with a photo can have the item in game the same day.

Plenty of tools can turn a picture into a 3D model. Getting that model into GTA is the hard part: fitting it to the ped, rigging, topology, UVs, materials, LODs and Rockstar's file formats. Kanki3D does all of that for you.
We started with FiveM because we test every item there in game. Other games will follow, each with its own pipeline for its bodies and file formats.
Each item was made from the photo in its corner and is shown in our Outfit Studio as it came out. None of them were modeled or cleaned up by hand.

Made from a jeweller's product photo or from an image you made yourself (the queen started as a generated picture). Any pendant can hang on a Cuban, rope, Franco or tennis chain.

Recorded on our FiveM test server: the shirt and sweater from the top of the page, and a puffer jacket with an iced queen pendant. Between the photos and the game, nobody opened Blender, CodeWalker or an image editor.
All that went in: one photo per item.
ensure it on your server. The 3D model, UVs, textures and GTA materials, rigging to the ped, LODs, the .ydd and .ytd files and the fxmanifest.lua.
You choose the photo and approve the preview. Kanki3D does the modeling, texturing, rigging and export, which usually takes a 3D artist days.

A product shot, a fit pic or your own design. A side or back photo helps but isn't needed.

You see the item on the game's body first. If it's off, redo it and say what to change. Previews are free.

Mesh, UVs, textures and GTA materials, with weights copied from Rockstar's own clothing.

Nudge it on the ped if you want, then download a resource folder and ensure it on your server.
Everything you need between a 3D model and an item your players can wear.

Low-poly topology with LODs, sized for streaming so a busy server keeps its frame rate.

Unwrapped the way a clothing artist would, with textures baked and packed as compressed DDS.

Put a top, pants, vest, mask and chain on the ped together, then move, scale or bend sleeves and legs.

Paint, clone, smooth or put your crew's logo on the item. Nothing is saved until you press Save.

Freemode male, freemode female, or upload your own ped. Items are made for the body you pick.
Before
After one stroke
Where the body pokes through, brush over it and the cloth moves back out. Each stroke can be undone.
Each game has its own bodies, rules and file formats, so each one needs its own pipeline. When you join the waitlist, tell us where you make things; that decides which game we do next.
Tops, jackets, pants, vests, masks, chains and pendants for roleplay servers, streamed as normal drawables.

We're letting people in a group at a time, starting with the waitlist. Tell us which game you make things for; it helps us decide what to build next.
A generator gives you a 3D model. Kanki3D gives you an item that works in the game: fitted to the game's body, rigged, with clean topology and UVs, the game's own materials, LODs and its native files. That work is what we built, and it's set up separately for each game.
T-shirts, tops, hoodies, shirts and jackets; pants; vests and plate carriers; masks and headwear; chains and pendants. Shoes and props are next, and waitlist votes decide what follows.
About 5 to 10 minutes from photo to downloaded resource, including the preview you approve and a quick fit check.
No. Kanki3D handles modeling, texturing, rigging, fitting and export. If you can pick a clear photo, you can make an item. The fitting and texture tools are there when you want to fine-tune.
A FiveM resource folder: the model as a .ydd (with LODs), its textures as a .ytd, and an fxmanifest.lua. Drop it into your server's resources and ensure it. You can also build a whole outfit and download it as one pack.
Items are made for the body you pick: freemode male, freemode female, or your own ped uploaded as its files. Male is fully tested in game; female and custom peds are rolling out during the beta. Chains fit every body.
One clear, well-lit photo where the whole item is visible. A product shot or a fit pic both work. For clothing, an extra side or back photo helps, but isn't required.
You pay per finished item in dollars, never in credits or tokens. The 2D preview is free, every garment gets 3 free redos, and a failed generation is refunded. Prices go to the waitlist first, together with the founding-member offers.

No. FiveM is where we start because that's where we test every item in game. Roblox UGC, VRChat, Fortnite/UEFN, Unreal, Second Life, The Sims 4 and IMVU are on the roadmap, and waitlist votes help decide the order.
